We aim to be a front-runner in pioneering the future of Photonic Quantum Sensing.
This consortium was established on September 1, 2023 at the Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University, with the aim of building an ecosystem consisting of companies in the device, module, system, software, application, and service industries, as well as related organizations and researchers in this research field, who resonate with the future potential of photonic quantum sensing that uses quantum entangled light, and actively work on its social implementation under the initiative of Kyoto University.

Building an ecosystem through the establishment of the Photonic Quantum Sensing Social Implementation Consortium
We will promote basic/fundamental research and collaborative research aimed at social implementation, with the photonic quantum technology at the Takeuchi Laboratory as the core, and aim to build an ecosystem in which the industrial sector can collaborate to accelerate social implementation.
